Computer review - Inspirion 15 line

I am having a problem with my Dell lapton warranty and would like to speak to someone in Dell customer service.

This computer cost me a lot of money an i need it fixed. I dont want to have to pay to fix it myself but dont understand how i can contact Dell customer service to have my warranty cover it.
