The most uncooperative, sneaky company in the universe

Paypal has the nerve to limit your account at their whim. You then have to jump rings and do hand-stands to get re-instated. They are so screwed up that they take money from your account without permission and refuse to give it back even when you prove it is a mistake. The worst is Paypal Pay Later. You can write to the head of the company and send them written proof from the post office that a product has been returned. They ignore the proof, re-bill and then slap finance charges on. Every other redit card company never charges finance charges when you have a dispute!!! Un fortunately BidPay bit the dust.
