I wish I had checked ripoff report before signing on with this co. The only time you get to speak with someone is when your credit card does not work or has expired. This co. Is not user friendly. I have sent two emails with no response as to why there have been three deductions from my account this month.
With every change to your account whether a downgrade or cancellation you will be charged!!! I tried to cancel an upgrade my son made via computer remember there is no one to speak with and I got charged $5.50. All together this company has taken 24.33 reg. Monthly charge 6.50 for a upgrade which i tried to cancel 5.50 for trying to cancel.
You will get charged right up to your next billing date no matter what you try to do. If you love frustration you'll love this game.
