You have a big surpise waiting for you if you give them your credit card

I was a member since now if I decide to quit well not cancel. I tried to cancel, there software will not allow it, I kept get error messages. Was the software planned this way, that is maybe. They have no phone numbers to call and no address to write to. There customer service department is email only, takes near 36 hours to get a response, they wrote 24 to 48 hour for response.

Finally I get a response, warning me or scolding me for needing a refund, and, or, not canceling earlier, then wrote I get refund. There software shows a place to cancel, will not cancel. Still I try to email them to cancel account, its now impossible, its now error messages too.

They charged my expired card for services I tried to cancel, they still made my card active, I have less then what they charged me, made my bank account go into the minus dollars and cents, being an expired date did not stop them, my card is still there, next year maybe they could charge again, credit card is still there.

If this was planned to ensure they always get paid they did a good job at making there software do it.
