Threats to my mother and conflicting balance answers

I rented a computer from Aarons last year and only owe $300.00 to pay it off. I have received many calls about my account being late. I will admit that I have been late. What I will not admit to is not wanting to pay for my account. I told them I would be in on Saturday and was not able to make it. I tried to call but received no answer. I called when I got home today and was told that my mother told them they would never receive payment. This is not true. First off, you do not call someone's mother and make threats, and then change the story when you speak to the customer. I have sent payments they say they never received. I have all the receipts and paperwork that they would send to me. They never give you the same answer to a simple question like how much do I owe. I have received very different answers to this question.

I just want to say that I will be following up with the magistrate in Cabell County, West Virginia, over my situation.
