Promised No Late Fee Over Holiday Closure, Charged One Anyway

Harassed by Aaron's for a payment that wasn't late because of the holiday. The store was closed for the holiday, and the store manager promised me I would not have a late fee added to my account. They called me 3 times in one day. Every time I spoke with a different salesperson. I told them I would be in when I got off work.

The store manager did not honor what he told me. He refused to tell me when he would be in the store so I could speak with him again.

They made me pay a late fee when I was told I wouldn't have one. Many other customers have told me Aaron's was bad business, and I wish I had listened. Now I am stuck with items I love, but I would return them just because of the people running the company. The store manager was very disrespectful. They need training on how to talk to customers.
