GooglePro / internet Income / Internet Initiative I purchased a 3.88 kit, it ending up with two charges on my bank account one for $72.21

I was led to believe that I was purchasing a kit for $3.88 and could cancel perscription at any time, which I tried to do, right away. They quickly charged me on my bank account the extra funds. I spoke to operator Mindy (operator number 12004) who would not allow me the funds back and refused to let me speak to a supervisor no matter how hard I tried, she refused and said that my contract allows them to take the funds from my account so there is no way I will be talking to a supervisor. I got the main address from her but no name of the company, she wouldn't give me their base office name. I am so frustrated by the way this operator treated me and handled this call, then not being able to get ahold of the company itself, what can I do?
