Cca empty promises & stolen money! Ripoff

CCA sent me a high limit credit card offer in the mail, including cash on demand up to $2500-. Quickly like most I said hells yeah, and sent them back my info right away over the phone. The operator (scam man 1) tells me i got 14 days to cancel if i do not like anything in the catalogue that I will receive in the next few days.

Well here it is 14 days later and no catalogue so I decided to cancel. As i proceeded to call and speak to another operator (scam man 2) he tells me that i'm a day late and can't cancel plus the money is already coming out of my account. The operator (scam man 2) reads me the supposed paper work sent to me that has different dates on it then the ones sent to myself. I then ask for a supervisor, and not put on hold just maybe receiver was on desk top. At this time I hear the operator (scam man 2) talking negatively about me to the supervisor (scam mam 3) (supervisor is a woman and the only woman I spoke to).

So the supervisor (scam mam 3) basically tells me that I do not get the catalogue until after i pay $199.99. So i asked if in the catalogue they have any macintosh laptop computers. Supervisor (scam mam 3) says no they only offer dell home computer. So i asked why should i pay money for a catalogue that already does not have what i want. The reply i got was you already are paying we (CCA) are deducting the money from your account, and you can't stop us!

Well that was it I remembered that they are taping the conversation so i replied you no longer have my permission your operator (scam man 1) told me i get the catalogue in a few days now it's after i pay money to you and you already told me your catalogue does not carry what i want.

I have every right to cancel today because CCA has been fraudulent with me from the beginning about the catalogue." The supervisor (scam mam 3) still tells me i'm screwed. So i tell her i forgot her name, and when she told me i wrote it down. I then explained to her i will get an attorney and sue the company if they remove money from my account since i went on a taped conversation and plainly said you do not have my permission any longer and if the money gets taken out then you (as i called the supervisor by her real name) will be the one that CCA will most likely sacrifice to the police since you hear me telling you that CCA does not have my permission any longer, and it will be you personally to be brought up on fraud & theft charges from my account." Supervisor (scam mam 3) tried to tell me again that it was to late to back out, but i already hung up. I did call back 2 min later and my CCA cards were canceled.

So understand that when dealing with bullsh* companies like CCA bed firm, and show them you take no sh* when it comes to scams. I think about how many people would have given up when they kept hearing its too late to cancel. It's never too late if you know what to say.
