Did not cancel order & said product is nonreturnable & hung up on me!

I purchased item, including the "free" Engergizer (caffeine tablets). On 6/10 called to cancel Energizer, was asked why, said because I did not like them.

Then I said I wanted to return the whole program-MP3 player & all DVD's because they did not work.
Operator talked me into keeping another 30 days with the same return policy.
On 6/11 my bank account was charged $49.80 for another automatic shipment of Energizer. The operator said it was not returnable & not refundable.
I said, Oh, I think it is, it was your company's mistake. Operator, George, came back on line & said product was shipped on 6/9 & so my cancellation was not in effect. I asked to speak with a supervisor-none available. I said I would hold, he said he was ending the call and hung up on me.

Do not order this scam from this company.

I will call back & return the ENTIRE order. Will let you know what happens...
