Liars, thieves, unauthorized charges on my credit card

I had signed up for a free trial with 50 music downloads from E-music. It asked for a credit card and said I would not be charged if I cancelled within the designated time frame. Well I called and cancelled and they said they honored it. A few days later, my card was charged! I was furious and disputed it. I called and said that I cancelled the account within the time frame but they made the unauthorized charge without my permission anyway. I called them and told them to reverse the charge and also notified my bank. They reversed the charge, but when they emailed me they told me they did not have my card on file! Liars!!! There has to be a scam or some type of discrepancy here. I saw that there were other complains on the rip off report so now I know better not to ever deal with this company! They even keep spamming me with unwanted emails after I cancelled this is just plain wrong! I don't want them to charge my card ever again if they do I will close it and open up a new one at a different bank.
