Unauthorized Charges on my credit card

Travelocity has charged my credit card $50.00 unauthorized and for not booking any flights for me. They did not honor their lower price guarantee while quoting me fare prices, so I refused to book 3 flights with them. Then the charge on my account credit card showed up unexpectedly. They refused to refund the charge. My credit card company disputed resolution process has ended with these crooks refusing to provide refund also. I did not receive the booking services with them and they made unauthorized $50 charge on my credit card anyway. This is called stealing! I have cancelled my account with them and can not contact further any more, even though they have refused to stop sending me emails and notifications for keeping my account open. I am scared to death they will continue to charge my credit card that is on file with them unless they are stopped from this type of illegal activities. HELP! Please!?
