All you have to do is call your credit card company and tell them there was a free trial and you cancelled before your free trial was up and that you noticed they charged you they will reverse the charges or that you looked at your statement online and noticed a pending charge (this why when you put your credit card information in look on line as soon as possible to your credit card/bank statement or call the automated service) This is what I did and told them I noticed a pending charge of $1 (or whatever amount it is) and told the bank I had cancelled and wanted to make sure that they did not charge me for I had seen a lot of people post a blog of canceling and still getting charged by the company. They said they would stop the unauthorized charges and did. The banks r there to work for you! In the future if you have to put your credit card in it's not FREE!!! Leave the site!!!
