Fraud/scam! Unauthorized credit card charges.internet

I too signed up for the free trial but didn't even use them all because i couldn't find any music that i liked, so i cancelled within a few days and received an e-mail confirmation. However they charged my credit card & will not refund-they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.
Do not sign up for anything on e-music. It is a scam!!
