I signed up with e-music through Inbox paid e-mails. I was to receive $5.00 for taking the e-music. 99cent 30 day trial. The trial was to be from Jan. 16 to Feb. 17 2008. The emusic software did not work in my computer so I cancelled the service Jan 30. I received confirmation of my cancellation from emusic on Jan. 31 2008. On Feb 1 emusic went ahead and charged my credit card $9.99 for their service I no longer had. I tried calling them but got only a automated phone response.

I emailed them and got only a automated email response. You cannot contact these guys and they do charge your credit card without your authorization even though you cancelled their service well before the end of the Free trial time. I never did get the $5.00 incentive for signing up. Emusic is charging my credit card for service I don't even have with them. Pure scam.
