People PC charged me for 18 months after I cancelled Saginaw

I signed up for people pc in feb. I called and canceled my account on may 20. I didn't think any more of it untill latley. I noticed on my bank statement that people pc was still taking $ out of my checking account 14 months after i had stoped services with them.

I have called and emailed till i am blue in the face. I called the last time and got a customer service person in India. She told me she would credit me $10.95 because that was all they owed me. I sat down and added everything up, got back bank statements, People pc owes me over $200.00 in fees and charges. They show that i stoped service with them in may, but will not credit me back any of the money they took out after that. They charged me every month from may up intill april of this year.

I dont know what else to do or who else to talk to. You call the customer service # and each person gives you the same email address that gives you the same response. "a customer service rep will be in contact with you soon" and you never hear anything...
