Rip off! Will NOT refund money, LIARS, continues to charge you after you cancel your service Unknown - They Hide Info on their location

I signed up for the joke of a company for their 30 day trial and cancelled within two weeks because it SUCKED - can't connect, kept gettign kicked off etc. I emailed them and cancelled my account. That same month my checking account was charged so I called People PC and they said i had to CALL them to cancel my account and that email cancellations were not accepted.

They would not work with me AT ALL in terms of a refund even though they could easily see that i had not used their services. So, i gave up and said fine, just cancel my service from here on out and i will take the hit for $10.

I thought it was all taken care of until a couple of months later i noticed they charged my account again! Since i do all my banking on line, i researched my paper checking statements and realized they had been charging me for 4 months! I called them but of course, since i had no "confirmation number" (which they NEVER gave me to begin with) they couldnt confirm that i cancelled my account and refused to refund my money.

I finally had to block my checking account to get them to stop charging me!

They were RUDE, sarcastic, un-helpful, and downright uncaring about whether or not they had offended a customer. They apparently have never heard the saying The Customer Is Always Right. They know NOTHING about customer service or how to treat people. I believe this is a company just looking to make money before enough people complain and they get their asses sued.

If anyone would be interested in a class action lawsuit, PLEASE let me know. It sounds like-not only from this site, but the BBB as well - that this company is solely in it for the money and they dont care how they have to rip people off to get it, and that they have done to quite a LOT of people.
