Your server is down AGAIN!!!
This will be the 2-3 time my website can not be seen on the internet. Its frustrating to see such a wonderful web builder having so many issues. I dont use your email server, because it hardly ever does work half the time, so now I am using a gmail account. I have been knocked off search engine ranking which has affected my means to negotiate link exchanging with other websites. I was generating 1,000 hits per (30,000 hits per month), now I generate 80 hits per day (5,000 per month). This has to do with the site going down which does not give a good responds to search engine crawlers, but support does not want to admit it. I am really tired of chatting with the support team an hardly ever getting anywhere with the issues I am facing.

I am also having problems with my web builder. I can not save the changes on my Online Store. So I am having issues with the customers that purchase my products. I have had to return customer money because the support team can not correct the issues faced with my Online Store not working, but most of all losing credibility. I was told it would be fixed 2 days ago. Yesterday, I was told by another support tech/chat that they were doing updates. Wow, the bullsh*t just goes on, one bullsh*t after another. Support has run out of excuses to tell me. And still my site problems have not been solved.

I have heard many great things about this website online. But I wonder if is all true, because I continue to face the same problems with my website. Today my website is down again for the 2-3 time in one year, after a 4-5 day downtime of my website just recently and now having my website down again. I am truly making the arrangements to discontinue my services with sitecube company, because all I have is problems with my website. I have made my decision to start building a new website all over again. I can not express enough all the hard work, time and effort and countless nights on my computer invested into building this website.

I am truly sad with what is going on with your company and my website. I remember the last few weeks left of my contract; I was going to discontinue my services with your company. A support rep convinces me to stay, and that I was going to get better service if I would stay another year. What a mistake! So much bullshit ad no results.

Well, here I am again with my website down again; and no one to give me straight answers. I am not a beginner in the webpage building, I consider myself to be a mid/advancer user. So I definitely understand that sitecube is having server issues, real bad server issues. My website has been down 2 times in a 2 month period, thats really bad. Really bad!!!
What next???
What can I do?
Where do I go?
Who do I talk to?
What step should I take next?
