Kept taking money from an account cancelled 9 months prior Texas

Watch out for these people. I cancelled this account and just found out I have been being billed (do not get live statement from bank) they farm there customer service out to India. THEY ARE CROOKED DO NOT USE THEM use another service... They claim I never cancelled which I did and I am not a stupid ignorant person
