IP Rip-off charged $400 after 3 year cancellation Huntington Beach California

I was a sucker to take advantage of free MSN internet through Best Buy for 3 years. Besided having horrible customer service and a slow IP, I had to wait patiently 3 years to cancel. As I cancelled I made sure the 3 years had past. 2 weeks later I have a $400. Charge on my Check card VISA which is the value or cancellation fee if terminated early. I work P/T with little in my account & 3 NSF of $21. Were charged for other payments.

Now they are going to take 30 days to pay me back and not pay my NSF's. I took matters to my bank. FILE A PAYMENT DISPUTE! Let MSN come to you since the supervisor did not get back to me.

They offered to reinstate MSN account (like I want it) then have ME call back a month later to cancel because I did it too early.in fact they tried to say it was a four year contract. I WILL get them to pay!!!
