Work Out World
The Facility of Work Out World (GYM) over charged my account

I started the membership of this gym facility name Work Out World (WOW) in Freehold, NJ last year July. I signed up one year membership there and I was going to cancel the membership there this year July. They denied my request and told me that has to be a 30 day extra review for them to review my cancellation and aprove it. Then, an extra amount of money was taken out of my account due to that 30 days of cancellation period. After I mailed them the cancellation sheet and at the same time I paid off all the due amount and the extra 30 days charge. There should be no more charge due to the fact that my membership is completely terminated at the end of Sept. And that was what I was told when I went there myself, the cashier showed me the itemized list and confirmed that I have no more due after Septs 30th since they approved my cancellation. However, recently when I look at my bank statement. An amount of 56.00 dollars has been charged by the Work Out World for the month of October and November. Later, as I went talk to one of their general manager there. They admited that was an over charger. He apologized me that they made a mistake on that and will give me the refund. He asked me to write down my email and phone number. And promised me they'll get it fix and respnse me the next day. Then the next day. I received an email from them says they just cancelled my membership till 11/30, but never memtion anything about refund. And I resent an email explained what the fact was. They never replay from that point. Now, I don't know what to do since they are not doing anything regarding this matter.
