Beware Brevard County of this deceitful, fraudulous and unprofessional company that refuses to take resonsibility for its actions, fails time and time again to conduct proper customer-service and already has a BBB strike against them for other repair issues from other customers!!!

They sold me a Hard Disk Drive for a computer and told me it was "brand new" when in reality it was a REFURBISHED and defective hard drive! The owner/technician (Barry "Jake" Jacobs) who did the work on it refuses to take ANY responsibility for his fraud, and when you try to contact him reguarding the issue at hand, he tells you to "stop pesturing" him or he'll take legal measures!

He will charge you top dollar for his services and when an issue with his repairs happens, he will want you to pay an additional amount of money for him to work on it again! (I have proof of this as well!) If you try to email him reguarding the problem, he will block you from his email list. He also does not have an office or repair shop that you can goto in person and does not have a phone that you can call him up directly to speak to him. He has only an answering service that he uses at his discretion and for work orders ONLY.

I had no other phone number to reach him other than the answering service phone number, and when I called that to confirm a shipping address he told me it costs him $3.00 to have the message relayed to him, and would deduct that $3 from my measly refund of only $50 (giving me back only $47!!) for the REFURBISHED/DEFECTIVE hard drive I purchased from him for alot more than that. He then changed his mind, and told me that I would now get "Nothing for all my pesturing"!!

Not only am I out the "new" hard drive that I purchased from him, but also the money I paid for it, all the software that was loaded onto it that he charged me close to $300 for and most importantly all the family/vacation photos that I can NEVER, EVER get back!

Not to mention at the time of conducting business with Computer Services of Brevard, Inc., they claimed that they were members of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), when in reality they were not, untill just recently! (More fraud!)

This is by far, the worst company and business operator that I EVER had the misfortune of dealing with! I already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency. Do yourselves a HUGE favor Brevard County, and Melbourne area, STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM BARRY "JAKE" JACOBS AND COMPUTER SERVICES OF BREVARD, INC.!!!
