In December I purchased 6 items through Ebay from the seller EVALUEVILLE. I only received 4 of the 6 items and got a note with the shipment saying they would give me a credit. 2 weeks later no credit (paypal) so I disputed it through PAYPAL and subsequently through EBAY. The seller suddenly forgot that they would issue me a credit and provided a UPS receipt to PayPal and Ebay showing the shipment was received even though it did not include all iems. Since they verified the shipment the issue was closed with Ebay and Paypal and I lost over $25.
I thought Paypal and Ebay protected you in these cases but the seller continues to merrily go on their way doing business, I also saw negative feedback with another ebay buyer who had the same problem with this seller with no successful resolution (I emailed her). Bottom line, be careful with these bulk sellers especially when buying more than 1 item because the customer is not protected and you may end up throwing your money away.
I thought PayPal and Ebay were safe, but apparently the customer isnt always right and has NO rights against a bad seller EVALUEVILLE
