Ripoff fraud con artists installed equipment never activated it

They installed my antenna for wireless DSL service, and required a fee of $180.09 for the installation ($99.95) and first month's service ($69.95) before they could turn on the service. He said I had a clear signal to the antenna.

The following Monday, the service hadn't been turned on - I called them and they said they needed a week to test. The following Monday, they said they had problems with a tower, but it was fixed now, and they would test for three or four days, then turn it on.

This kept on for two full months, then they quit answering my calls altogether. They didn't respond to my voicemails. Then a few months later, they sent a guy out who climbed a ladder to the antenna. He told me there was no signal, because the house next to me was blocking it. But they were putting up a new transmitter on a power utility area next week.

Of course, they never came back, never answered their phones, and never responded to any voicemails. I've sent them multiple letters to get a refund. The first one came back to me two months later with a note that the PO box had been closed. The later ones where simply ignored.

Roger Sedlak is obviously a con artist. I doubt that anyone ever received service from them. A friend of mine has gone through the same thing... It's excuse after excuse. And they keep your money.
