Phone Antenna Kept Breaking, Exchange Refused, Cancellation Fee Disputed

Electronics and household app.

Verizon sold me the Motorola v60c in which the antenna kept breaking off. After several times going back and getting it fixed I demanded they exchange the phone for one of equal value.

Every time the antenna broke off I lost all communication with my clients and I had to hurry over to Verizon, which also took time out of my busy schedule.

Verizon refused to exchange the phone and said I had to keep going back to fix the antenna. They admitted this was a common problem with the antenna but I could no longer afford losing business.

I paid off all of the service fees I used and cancelled the contract. They in turn charged me for the cancellation fee and I got stuck with two (six month) old phones.

I refuse to pay the cancellation fee and I have decided to file suit against Verizon. I am currently with Sprint and have the Samsung i330 which has a sturdy antenna with absolutely no problems.
