Ripoff we have no service and they refuse to cancel without fee

My husband and I entered into a contract with cellular one rural division fro 18 month's We needed a cell phone for my husband's sales route. We purchased the phone in wenatchee washington and were told by the salesman that it would work in our town aprox. 50 miles away. We got home later that evening only to discover it did not work at our home. He really needed the phone and decided to keep it, that it would still work on the majority of his sales route.

2 month's later the antenna broke-we go back to cellular one the gal behind the counter suggests we buy the extended warranty and then fraudulently turn it in for antenna repair-told us to say the break happened after we bought the warranty. We decided that was not a great idea and decide to fix the antenna ourselves. Antenna fixed armed we call cellular one they said that they knew the antenna was broken and that was why it didn't work in our area. We explained that the antenna was repaired they then suggested that we had 3 options available to us - 1) upgrade the phone $150.00 2) buy an external antenna $35.00 said this probobly wouldn't fix problem 3) break the contract with them $200.00

We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and got no response. BBB suggest's calling state attorney generals office to file a complaint. Has anyone gotten anywhere with these guy's? Let me know
