Newltel or Roger Sedlak
Newltel is a joke

I signed up for DSL anywhere service Jan. After many days trying to get connected, I finally recieved intermittant, barely usable (9600baud) service in March, I tried to use it for a month.

They came to my house, fell through my second floor ceiling, still have not finished fixing it, have never restored service, continue to send invoices, and now threaten me with collections. They are horrific.

I have filed reports with BBB, and all consumer protection agencies, and I am filing small claims court soon. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH NEWLTEL, OR ROGER SEDLAK!

I understand the NJ state consumer protection agency is investigating them, and all local county complaints are being handled by the state office in NJ.
