All returns denied and customers ripped off at buy.com

I placed an order for a Microsoft Zune at Buy.com for a christmas gift. After receiving the item, I decided it was not the model I wanted for the gift. I contacted buy.com for a return, and was told that no returns are accepted on this item. I was not notified upon the sale of this return policy. The customer service representative refused to allow any return, and simply stated any supervisor at the company would not allow any return as well. Upon further internet research, it is clear that many consumers have suffered the same "policy" at buy.com. I would advise consumers never to order from buy.com.
