Upon receiving my bank statement for September & October I noticed several card purchase made by cricketcomm. On November 8 I immediately went to my bank to block & terminate the debit card and was unsuccessful as to contacts. Because the debit card is a business card we had no choice but to cancel the card and notify our accounts by letter. I've tried calling the phone number indicated on my bank statement and only get a recording, no human being answers and all you get is this recording. I tried to get information by going to their website and there was an email contact person so I emailed Judy Grillo who responded back and said she is an artist and for me to go to www.mycricket.com and in the process of doing exactly that and when I clicked on contacts ripoff Report popped up on my screen which got me to here.
