Ripoff, took money off debit card without permission

I never heard of clear2save.com until I noticed it on my bank statement. They had taken $39.95 out of my account on 4/7 using my debit card. I immediately tried to call the number listed on my bank statement which was 1-888-438-6161. All I could get was a recording saying the person was on another line. I called every hour for 2 days and could get nothing but the recording. I left several messages and no one ever called me back. I googled clear2save and found their website. Under their Terms and Conditions I found their address and wrote them a letter asking them to cancel the subscription as I did not order their service and had not authorized them to charge me for something I did not order. The letter was sent on April 26. I have never received a reply. I continue to call the phone number listed every so often, but now I just get a busy signal. For two months I have tried to contact them to no avail. They don't even have the decency to speak to me. They are nothing but a SCAM!!!
