I paid for a watch that has not been delivered. Several attempts at communication failed to get a reply! Complained to Paypal and had resolution passed in my favour! Only then did berlinwatch communicate with me and blamed german postal service for loss. At 300 euros i would have expected insurance or a registered parcel would be called for, apararently not, so i can only assume berlinwatch is a sham cover for thieves!
