Gift was never delivered, ripoff Berlin

I ordered a gift basket for an old school friend in Berlin, Germany with BerlinBaskets.com. Payment was with VISA thru paypal. Delivery was guaranteed to be before Christmas 2004.gift was never delivered. When I e-mailed them they behaved rather noncooperative. I then contacted paypal and they in turn confirmed the nondelivery of the basket and eventually refunded my money about 30 days later.
