TV Series Now / Naxpworld
Took payment but didn't deliver product Lutz

Internet & Web

I ordered a set of DVDs from TV Series Now late on Sept. 11 and did not pay for speedy delivery so I expected to receive them within ten business days. I immediately got an email from Naxpworld.com saying my card had been charged $27.99. I had not heard of Naxpworld.com before I got the email. Two days later I got an email from cs@tvseriesnow.com that said my order had been processed.

On Sept. 20 I had not received the DVDs and tried to call TV Series Now to ask when I might expect the shipment. I got a message saying "Please call back later." I got this message the three times I called on Sept. 20. On Sept. 21 I called and the phone number was out of service.

There is no TV Series Now web site (well, I can't access it) and Naxpworld is an empty "under construction" web site that makes big claims about customer service, but does nothing else. At this point I thought it best to close my checking account and open another. My bank is investigating the fraud.
