I ordered a set of DVD's from tvshowplanet.net on July 24 and paid for expedited shipping. The order processing was to take 1-3 days and expedited shipping up to 11 days. I have yet to receive the order. My credit card was billed through naxpworld.com

Only one of my e-mail inquiries was responded to saying they were understaffed and would send a confirmation number of shipping as soon as possible. Nothing came.

Repeated inquiries to both tvshowplanet.net and naxpworld.com customer service were ignored.

The site has since disappeared stating that they needed to close — and required confirmation e-mails to either complete the order or get a refund. So far nothing.

The website has now fully disappeared again.

We will see.
