DVDAvenue. Tv This company has evaded my inquires to provide a tracking no. For an order I placed for a boxed collection set.internet

When my order was placed, this company gave a schedule for shipment confirmation, order tracking no., and the exact time I would receive my order. They even mentioned that these dates were exact and the customer could expect to receive confirmation of their order an exact given date, then they would receive the tracking no.By email on the next given date, then they gave the exact no. Of days it would take to mail, finally giving a date when the customer could expect to receive the order at their door.
I have yet to receive a shipment confirmation from the time of placing my order or a tracking no. When I have inquired to the company, I am given a generic type response, e.G. "Hello, You will get your tracking today, sorry for the delay." or "Hello, You will get your tracking tomorrow. Regards", and I do not receive a response.
I cancelled my credit card to keep them from charging it because they haven't charged as of yet. I am very suspicious that this company was seeking to rip me off if I had not cancelled my card. After receiving their false generic email responses that were lies, I did a search and found this site. I am so glad that I did. I would have to agree with other complaints about this company that they are fraudulent and warn others not to be duped by them.
