Company specializes in DVD sets of old tv series. Ordered Ally McBeal TV Series and when delivered 1/2 of the DVDs didn't work. Was told on 3 different occasions that they would send a new set but never received

My wife ordered the TV series "Ally McBeal" on DVD. When delivered 1/2 of the dvds would not play. Contacted tvaddicts several times with complaint and told a new set would be delivered each time I spoke with them but never received it.

When I tried to call the customer service again I was told to leave a message and my call would be returned in 48 hours because they pride themselves on customer service, never received a return call.
