Fixing their broken equipment

We've been a person of Constitution for atleast ten years, and also have had several poor encounters with payment concerns and gear issues, but this time they lied and much more essential lost 2 times of my period. We've highspeed (not necessarily) web with constitution as well as their device (that they cost us a regular price for) quit working. We named Constitution plus they stated they might emerge Friday 1-5pm. Since could be 2 times currently our pc wouldn't be functioning. We were house from midday on, so when 4:30 arrived with no one had called from Constitution I named, and was informed that Constitution had called us twice and because we didn't reply the appt. Was canceled. The person got a significant earful from me since which was a REST. No body had called from constitution. Constitution re scheduled for Sitting. 1-5pm. My partner and myself didn't abandon this home from 10:30am and when again, constitution stated they named twice, subsequently ended the appt. I went ballistic. We'd delayed a lot of issues simply to have out time lost. We're not youthful anymore and contemplate our time really valuable. I'd prefer to understand if others have observed something such as this with Constitution.
