Ordered Coach and Wings dvd series, only received Coach and they say they sent both

I ordered the Coach and Wings tv dvd series from clickdvdmedia and they only sent the Coach dvd series.
I sent many emails to straighten it out and now they are saying they sent both in the same box shipment. I still have the small box and sent them pictures of it and the dvds along side to show nothing else would fit in the box b ut those dvds.
I haven't heard from them yet. They ship from China.
