I had placed 5 orders with them. Of the first 3 only one was delivered on time. I then cancelled the last two orders. The first day I called to cancel niether of the orders were cancelled and the guy was very rude. I then called 4 more times before the orders were actually cancelled. Of course the minute you call they charge your credit/bank card, I have yet to received my refunds. I called on Friday (10-31-08) they gave me to the recon unit, which is for 1-800Flowers not the popcorn factory. I was told there that they would call me back about my complaints (didn't) and that my account would be credited that day since it was the last day of the month (didn't happen) I called today (11-04-08) nothing has been refunded to me yet and the customer service guy couldn't not even find the orders in question. He said he would credit my account and call me back with in 10 minutes (he didn't).

The lack of respect of the people who work in this company is amazing. I also sent an email and didn't get any response, I will never order from them again, and neither should anyone else!
