I am very disappointed with dish customer service. I had a family emergency and had to put my account on hold. I was only gone a month and when I restarted my service I was told I lost my promotional pricing. I called cutomer service and they argued with me regarding what the said they explained to me. I was never told that if I put my account on hold I woud have to pay full price for my service. When I put my account on hold I was told that I was going to be charged $5 a month until I returned. But to my surprise I am now being charged full price. The customer service agent that I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so unfair with any other company. I feel that I am owed an apology and that my bill should be left at the promotional price. All I want is whats fair to me as a customer. I have been very upset by the way I was talked to. I cant understand why a customer service agent is allowed to talk to a customer in the way I was talked too. I hope dish starts listening to customers instead of trying to scam them.
