Rude Alma

Alma in the repair scheduling is rude to the customers.instead of scheduling an appt, she proceeds to tell me that my product is fine. The condensation vapors are suppose to leak around the dishwasher door and ruin my cabinets. She will not hear anything else because she is looking in the manuel. Therefore I did not get an appt. I bought 3 other appliances last week and hesitate to ever buy anything from sears again. I had been a loyal customer for 45 yrs. The lady's name was Alma, 1pm Tues. She was the worst customer service person that I have ever talked with. She would not give me any information about herself other than Alma.
