Ripoff!

Netzero charged me a service that I did not request. I called them last December to cancel my service, and they still charged me.netzero sent me to Billing @ Suport.netzero.com and gave me a cancelation number; I followed the steps ending up in this web. Please let me know if I am on the right track.
