SCAMMER Hidden Terms & Conditions Beware Of Montly Fee RIPOFF

This scam artist allows unsuspecting people to buy a CD from him for $1.97. Then adds charges to your credit/debit card later on.

He claims that you checked a box when you ordered the disk that were the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" which means that you agree to a monthly fee of $47.50 on your debit or charge card. If you don't call and cancel in 15 days they charge you. You are not going to call because you don't even know you agreed to it!

When I called (your are number one in line for the next available operator, a recording says-Then the same voice answers the call) to ask what the charge to my debit card was for he was cocky and had absolutely nothing to say... He just kept repeating in a his cocky voice (I got you-ha ha) that you agreed to the "terms & Conditions" and there is nothing I can do for you. I do not remember any terms and conditions, nor do I remember checking the box. So it is his word against mine and I lose.
