Paypal, Ebay, GlobalPaypal, Globalone Ebay Store Ripoff By Power Seller From Ebay and Paypal Refunding Me back $419 out of $2899.90

I was looking to purchase 2 large HP network printers which was being offered by Globalone an EBAY Store and Power Seller with 4,000 Plus feedback.

Emailed the seller wanting to know if the product was in stock and the shipping cost (since it was not listed in the auction). The owner Allen Baker called me back and told me that the units where in stock 1 being new and already crated for shipping and the other just needs to be boxed. The auction stated "that once payment is receive all items will ship within 48-72 hours.

Talk to seller's wife Anna to confirm that I am going to select the "BUY NOW" options and would it be likely that I would get them in 5 days or so, since I am in AZ and they are in CA she said not a problem.

I paid $2899.90 for both units including the shipping on Feb 28th. I waited 1 week then asked for a tracking number since I did not get one from them within the 72 hour deadline, I got an email 2 weeks later stating that the units are in testing and wil ship on March 14th or 15th.

I waited until march 18th and emailed them again "NO RESPONSE" no tracking number, "NOTHING. After speaking with my customer that I have NOW lost and who is taking me to court for a refund, I filed a claim for a refund with ebay which says that paypal is the better choice in getting your money back if no reponse from the seller.

Well no response from seller and paypal refunds me $419.00 out of $2899.90 and states they will try to collect the rest but they consider this case close.

This is a jack of a rip-off, rather you buy from a 1 feedback person or a 4000 feed back person, ebay ownes paypal and they should give me back my money since they stated that this transaction is secure and coverd for a full refund. The buyer never responded and I know for a fact that paypal can deduct funds from an account rather you like it or not.

I am out a customer, being sued and I have $419 to show for MY $2899.90 that they (paypal) let this person steal and he is still selling stuff right now without any complaint's or hold on his account.

This is crazy and my next stop is the attorney general office for CA, I will not let this go away until I get my customers money back.
