Account Frozen After Two PS3 Sales, Rent Late Before Christmas

PayPal froze my account after I sold two PS3s on eBay. The buyers paid me my money via PayPal. PayPal sent me a list of things I needed to do to unfreeze my account so that I could receive my money.
I sent them everything they requested. Then they came back saying that they needed confirmation from the buyers by email that they received their items.
I received confirmation from UPS that my items were received. I tried to send that to PayPal, and they will not accept it.
Pretty much, if the buyers never send the email, it sounds like I will never receive my money, and I do not know what to do. I have sent PayPal several emails, and they will not respond to any of them.
This is right before Christmas. I have two kids that I need to buy groceries for, and I am broke. My rent is also late. I need this money to survive this month. Please, someone help me.
