Wii System Never Arrived, Only $200.00 of $300.00 Refunded

Buyers on eBay, please be careful. I purchased a Wii system for $300.00 and never received it. The person who sold it would not answer their phone or emails. As a buyer, I assumed I was protected by PayPal, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. 30 days later I received only $200.00 of my money and was told that this is the only amount they are liable for.
I will never buy anything off of eBay again, and in my opinion PayPal does not protect its buyers. I never got the rest of my money. There are a lot of crooks on eBay.
