Out Over $600 After Buyers Filed Claims on Two Items

It started with a few simple transactions on eBay. One was a carburetor, item number 7961637545, going to a buyer in Massachusetts. The other was a camera, item number 3880709092, sent to a buyer in Oklahoma.

A signature was required to receive these items from USPS, which I did not know would take an extra week to get delivered. I was made aware of it when the money for both of the items was taken out of my PayPal account. I accidentally lost my receipt from the post office, but I went to the main post office and they were able to call the receiving post office, and they said they had the items.

I called the buyers and told them that one had been tried for delivery and the other was at the post office ready to be picked up. Both filed a claim with eBay and PayPal. They notified eBay but did not notify PayPal, so eBay closed their dispute, but PayPal will not give my money back. I have tried everything possible to get my money from the buyer or PayPal. The buyer does not respond, and PayPal's attitude is "We Dont CARE!!!"

I have a roommate who also has eBay and PayPal, and since we use the same computer at times, PayPal has locked that account until mine is resolved. I do not know what to do. Without tracking numbers, PayPal will not pay. The post office cannot go off my credit card receipt to find the routing numbers. Buyers will not return emails. I guess I am out over $600. I will never use PayPal again.

I will post this and send this to every site and person I can.
