Fraudulent ripoff

I sent $ 48.95 on 7/24 to Joe Gleason at Bug-Boys.com to purchase a set of 3 photos and paid through PayPal. When I received nothing, I sent two e-mails, to which he did not reply.

Finally, on 8/17, I filed a complaint with PayPal but although PayPal found in my favor against this fraudulent seller, he had no money in his a/c so I got nothing back and they closed my case.

Always remember when using PayPal to pay ANYONE, use your credit card - I didn't - so you can do a chargeback if you do not receive what you paid for. That is your ONLY protection when paying someone using PayPal.

PayPal would not even give me this fraudulent merchant's name and address and are still protecting his identity like fraud is covered by their privacy policy! Now that I have his name and address, I am filing complaints with any agency that deals with internet fraud. I know I won't get my money back, but I intend to cause this guy as much trouble as possible.

I would love to know how many people he has cheated. I found this site by accident so maybe others will too.
