Here is how to get taken advantage of by PayPal: Deal with a cut rate merchant, in this case mybuybuddy.com, and pay with PayPal. A month goes by with no contact and no answers to emails, so you open a case with PayPal. The merchant proves to PayPal that they shipped something. Case closed. You receive something that was not what you ordered and try to reopen your case. PayPal will not reopen a closed case. Tough luck.
