Stole Money From My Bank Card Account. Turning A Deaf Ear To All My Complaints And Notifications. After canceling antivirus extras, bill returned to 15.99 for one month, then up to higher rate

Internet & Web

My ISP is AOL, correction... Was AOL. My dial up connection cost 15.99 a month. Then after subscribing to their sugested option of antivirus for about six months, upping my bill to 18.48 a month, I received an email from aol's antivirus supplier requesting an extra 30 for continuation. As I was not made aware of any extra payments, I canceled this service following their proceedure and my bill returned to 15.99 the following month. This was about march earlier this year.

Eversince the bill has returned, unauthorised, to 18.48 a month. As I do not pay as much attention to my bank statements as I should do, I have only just discovered this deception. AS of yet I have no encouragement that I will be refunded.
