S ripoff they have received $370.00 from me i have canceled and they took the money without a problem yet returning it seems to be a major issue i have written half a dozen times no answe

I joined with this outfit to put together a website. I did not understand there questions. I wrote and asked if they had someone i could speak to about it. They wroye and said they did not offer that. I canceled. They have shut down my site but refuse to send my money back. I have no way of contacting them except through emails they have been ignored
